Shipping and Tax Information
Payment is expected within 10 days of online purchase. Online payments may only be made via Paypal. You must have a Pay Pal account in order to purchase Cotuit Kettleer and Cape League merchandise from the Cotuit Kettleer Online Store.
Buyers in Massachusetts must add 5% sales tax.
Please allow up to 10 days after payment is received for order processing and shipping. We ship only to the 48 contiguous U.S. States. We will ship to P.O. Boxes.
Payment
The Cotuit Kettleers organization gladly accepts Visa, MasterCard,
American Express via Paypal with a billing address in the 48 contiguous
U.S. States. All orders with a billing address outside of the United
States will be rejected. We do not accept checks, money orders,
eBay online payments or credit cards from outside of the United
States.
Shipping
We ship only to the 48 contiguous U.S. States. We will ship to P.O. Boxes.
Sales Tax
We charge sales tax in Massachusetts on all items except clothing items.
Product Support
Please inspect your product upon arrival. If the merchandise is incorrect or has been damaged, please notify us via email as soon as possible. Returns will not be accepted after 30 days.
Cotuit Kettleer Customer Support Return and Exchange Policies
When you receive your order, please inspect all packages. Please be sure to save the box and/or the shipping carton and its packing material, in the unlikely event that you’ll need it for a return shipment.
If you require any assistance, please send an e-mail to webstore@kettleers.org and provide the Paypal order confirmation number with a brief explanation of your issue.
Returns and Exchange policies
The customer will have to pay all freight expenses on requests for refunds.
We will issue a refund or exchange less freight charges as long as the request is made within 30 days of the shipping date, the merchandise is returned in the same condition as it was when shipped, and is received in the original packing material and with all tags intact. The merchandise returned will be inspected when it arrives at the warehouse and you will be charged for anything missing.
Note: Errors or oversights when placing orders (wrong model, size, feature, color, are the sole responsibility of the customer who accepts all associated expenses.
