COTUIT 2006 : Went 4-0 with 2.90 earned run average in first seasonin Cape League... struck out 27 in 40.1 innings and was true workhorse of Kettleers' staff. Should prove to be a valuable if not key asset to Cotuit pitching staff in 2007 campaign.

HIGH SCHOOL: Played four years at Wando High School under coach Percy Knight ... Named to 2005 South Carolina AAAA All-State team ... Member of 2005 SC/NC Select All-Star team ... Played for South Carolina Diamond Devils and coach John Rhodes over the summer.

Baseball Career, Scholastic, and Collegiate Highlights: This returning Kettleer was named to the 2006 SEC All-Freshman team. Mike appeared in 18 games for the University of South Carolina with 14 starts compiling a 7-5 record with a 3.96 ERA and was a team leader with 88.2 innings pitched with 76 strikeouts. 

PERSONAL: Born Michael Galen Cisco 5/23/87 ... Parents are Jeff and Janet Cisco ... Grandson of former MLB player and pitching coach Galen Cisco ... Chose South Carolina because "it was close to home, the baseball program and the great coaching staff" ... Hobbies include hunting and fishing ... Favorite foods are crab legs and any kind of seafood ... Favorite actor is Adam Sandler ... Favorite actress is Jennifer Aniston.
