Bruce Lucas
Pitching Coach

Bruce joins the staff as pitching
coach. For the last 16 years he has been
baseball coach at Edward Little High
School in Auburn. In 1989 and 1992 the
team won the High School State
Championships under his leadership. They
have also made the playoffs the last 14
out of 16 years. Bruce also has coached
Legion baseball for the last 17 years,
winning the State Championship in 1991,
while the team has made the playoffs all
17 years. He has also been the defensive
coordinator on the football team in
Auburn for the last 13 years. He
graduated from the University of Maine,
Orono, where he was a pitcher and where
Mike Coutts played third. Bruce grew up
in the same town in Maine as Coach Mike
Coutts and now lives in the same town as
Kettleer Matt Additon. Personal
