Delaware game… 2-for-3 with a walk and run scored in Hofstra
series opener… also threw out a runner at the plate in a crucial
eighth-inning play… 2-for-4 in final UNCW game… 2-for-4
and set JMU freshman record with his 18th double, plating a run
in the process, in first UNCW game… 1-for-4 with an RBI and
two runs in TU finale… 2-for-5 with a double and homer in
Towson opener, extending his hitting streak to a team-season-best
12 games … 2-for-3, two-RBI, solo homer day versus Richmond…
DH and went 2-for-4 with an RBI at Longwood… 2-for-5 as a
DH in final game of the W&M series… netted three hits
and two RBI in the first game of W&M series… also twisted
right ankle after making a catch and crashing into the fence in
W&M opener, then sat out game two… had a 3-for-4 day with
a double, homer and three RBI in 5-1 win at Richmond… 1-for-3
with a run scored and RBI in 3-2 win against Radford… named
April 11 CAA Rookie of the Week after 10-for-20, three-double, two-homer
week… 3-for-4 with a double and fifth homer of the season
in series finale at ODU… 2-for-3 with his 12th double of the
season in second ODU game after a 1-for-4 showing in game one…
with a double cracked his fourth homer as part of a 2-for-6 outing
at Radford… rapped a pair of singles and scored twice at home
against Longwood… 2-for-3 with two RBI in final game of VCU
series… broke into double-digit doubles with two in the first
Penn State game… had three hits in that game… rapped
out a career-best four hits in the Ohio game… cracked his
third homer in Wagner finale, going 2-for-5 with two RBI…
popped his second homer of the season and got the Dukes on the board
in first Wagner game… went 2-for-2 that game… 2-for-4
with an double and RBI single in first Maryland game… doubled
in one run and scored two in Kent State finale… the double
was a team-leading sixth… two hits and an RBI in second KSU
game… collected three hits for the first time of his career
in first Kent State game… rapped out a pair of doubles in
Western Carolina contest… two of those hits were RBI doubles…
doubled and homered in his first JMU game, on opening day against
GWU.
Before JMU: Named the Keystone Division
Player of the Year as a senior at Hershey… batted .493 with
four home runs among his 35 hits and drove in 22 runs… reached
base at a .549 clip, had a .944 slugging percentage with 14 doubles
and three triples… stole nine bases on as many attempts…
as the team’s captain, led the Trojans to a District III tournament
berth… as a junior hit .379 with four homers and 14 RBI…
had a career-high 14 stolen bases on as many tries as a junior…
led Mid-Penn Conference with 10 doubles as a freshman… multiple
Mid-Penn and Keystone Division All-Star… twice named to the
Harrisburg Patriot News Big 11 team… coached by Al Fricke…
also played soccer at Hershey, earning Mid-Penn Conference and Liberty
Division All-Star first-team laurels senior and honorable mention
as a sophomore.

Born November 21, 1985… son of Vicki and Robert Kulbacki…
his grandfather Bob Bettleyon played in the Philadelphia Athletics’
organization… kinesiology major.
